If so, chances are, you&#8217;re spending too much time at the library. What you need is fast, reliable research you can access right in your office. And all it takes is West\u00ae.<\/a>&#8221; They have since <a href=\"http:\/\/listproc.ucdavis.edu\/archives\/law-lib\/law-lib.log0908\/0199.html\">apologised<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><b>Useful sites<\/b><br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/librarydigitalprojects.com\/\">A Digital Outrigger<\/a> is a blog covering issues in digital libraries and usability &#8211; it posts regular link roundups and is well tagged to allow focusing on specific areas of interest.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jisc-adat.com\/adat\/home.pl\">JISC Academic Database Assessment Tool<\/a> lets you compare journal title lists, databases, and ebook platforms.<\/p>\n<p><b>Fiction<\/b><br \/>Heard of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gutenberg.org\/\">Project Gutenberg<\/a> but don&#8217;t have time to read all its books?  Now <a href=\"http:\/\/www.everyoneisplaying.com\/twutenberg\/\">Project Twutenberg<\/a> aims to convert each of these books into a 140-character summary.<\/p>\n<p><b>Food for thought<\/b><br \/>After a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.teachinglibrarian.org\/weblog\/2009\/08\/presentation-at-princeton-university.html\">presentation on Digital Reference<\/a>, some librarians have started talking about the emerging trend towards the real-time web and <a href=\"http:\/\/acrlog.org\/2009\/08\/25\/the-real-time-library\/\">the real-time library<\/a>.  David Lee King points out, &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.davidleeking.com\/2009\/08\/25\/real-time-libraries\/\">remove all the 2.0, digital, online stuff from this idea, and we&#8217;re simply talking about the real, physical, day-to-day experience of a normal (yet very good) library.
